At AWC, love is more than a theme; it’s the heart of everything we do. Over the past nine months, our focus on love has guided us to take a closer look at the culture around us and the unique challenges that mothers and fathers face today. We know that truly reaching hearts means meeting people where they are, speaking into their experiences with compassion, relevance, and hope.
With that in mind, we were happy to participate recently in Lancaster’s first Maternal Health Summit, where our goal was to shift the conversation toward how we can improve maternal outcomes in our community. We also joined in the associated community baby shower, offering practical resources and encouragement to mothers as they prepared to welcome their little ones.
We’ve also refreshed our website to better respond to the questions, values, and needs of today’s culture. By tailoring our online presence, we hope to connect with women and men at the very moment they are searching for answers—showing them that life-affirming care and real support from a dedicated team are just a click away.
As the needs of our community grow, so does our team. We are excited to welcome two new team members who bring passion and dedication to our work, and still have a few key open positions for those who feel called to make a difference.
