We feel a shift here at AWC. More teen mothers have been walking through our doors looking for help. In just the past month, we have seen seven pregnant teenagers unsure of what to do. They were anxious about how to share the pregnancy news with their families or loved ones, and unsure of what their next steps should be.

Against the Odds
“Miranda” suspected she was pregnant. The awareness that her life and path could soon change was overwhelming. Not knowing what to do, she picked up her phone and Googled for help. An ad popped up that looked promising, so she filled in a digital form and soon connected with a nurse scheduler at A Woman’s Concern.
